Pedham: 2,500 New Houses On Your Door Step
A team of volunteers has been delivering a poster and leaflet that has been funded by community donation.
It highlights the proposal in the new Sevenoaks Local Plan to build 2,500 new houses, a 28,000 seat stadium and hotel on Pedham Place Golf Course.
Please display it in your window if you are against this development.
Without you taking the time to respond to the Sevenoaks Local Plan the Green Belt and our villages are at risk.
The Local Plan has 3 options.
Voting for Option 1 is a rejection of a sports stadium, a hotel, of 2,500 new houses and the breaking of the Green Belt.
You have until January 11th to do this.
The way in which we respond matters.
This mailing list will circulate the responses of the parish councils when received. Historically these have been excellent sources of points to make in a detailed response and those wishing to be the most effective in their response may want to wait for them to be circulated. However, any vote for Option 1 is a vote against this development so please make yourself heard, no matter how detailed the argument.

- Tuesday 9 January 2024, 4.30pm to 7.30pm at Sevenoaks Leisure Centre, Buckhurst Lane, Sevenoaks, TN13 1LW
