WASPS Secure Option On Land

Multiple news outlets have recently reported on an announcement by WASPS RFC that they have secured a 10 year option on land for their proposed new stadium at Pedham Place.

Put simply, an option is a conditional agreement to purchase something - an example being an agreement to purchase land if planning permission is granted.

We believe these announcements are part of a narrative to make the outcome seem more certain than it actually is ahead of the next publication of the Local Plan and comment period in 2025. However we still need your help.

On December 5th the Protect Our Greenbelt Together group are gathering at the Sevenoaks District Council offices to make their opposition known and would very much appreciate your attendance and support.
